FYI, for all those US citizens with undisclosed UBS accounts. On July 31, 2009, UBS reached agreement in principle with DOJ on Offshore Account Cases but details still need to be worked out. The hearing has been rescheduled from Aug 3rd to Aug. 10th. But judge believes he will have a written agreement by Aug. 7th.
