Statements made in court in California suggest Sean and Nadia Roberts of Tehachapi, CA of filing false returns.

Report is they pled guilty to filing a false 2008 individual U.S. income tax return in which they failed to report that they had an interest in or a signature authority over a secret Swiss financial account at UBS, as well as several other foreign accounts.

And the disclosures continue to prevent criminal charges but not in this case.

A voluntary disclosure can help prevent this outcome. Find out your options today!
